- Step 4: Lower your body to the floor. Keeping your body straight roll 180 degrees to the right.
- Step 5: Push yourself up into the push-up position.
- Step 6: Keeping your hands on the ground, reverse the leg drive motion to bring your feet back under you.
- Step 7: Jump up at quickly as you can throwing your hands to the ceiling.
