- Step 1: One team starts with the frisbee on one end of the field and the other team waits on the opposite side of the field for the throw off.
- Step 2: The team with the frisbee throws the frisbee down to the other end and the other team, they catch the frisbee and try to bring it all the way down the field.
- Step 3: You can only take 2 steps with the frisbee in your hand before you have to throw the frisbee to another teammate.
- Step 4: You are not allowed to hold the frisbee for more then 3 seconds as well.
- Step 5: If the frisbee is intercepted or hits the ground it is the other teams turn to go on offense. You keep playing till someone gets the frisbee to the end zone (the opposite side of where you started) and then you throw off again.
- Step 6: As an offensive player you should be running and cutting to open spots on the field in order to help your team mate with the frisbee.
- Step 7: On defense you need to stay alert and match up with someone. Be in athletic position ready to move right, left, or jump in the air and steal the frisbee.
- Step 8: The goal of the game is to score more points then the other team.
