This Jordin Sparks body toning workout is a full body workout and can be done 2-4 times a week depending on your level of conditioning. Make sure that you are executing each exercise with the proper form. Make sure that you stay hydrated and get lots of stretching in before and after to stay loose and prevent injury.

Jordin Sparks’ weight loss is the result of a workout program which features core exercises performed in a rotation of three sets with light weights/high reps. She lost 30 lbs. without using any conventional weight loss pre-packaged meals. Instead of pre-packaged meals, Jordin reduced the amount of calories that she consumes through portion control.
