Manny Pacquiao Boxing Workout

Notes for Week 1, Day 1

When you do the sprints you are going to sprint for 10-20 seconds straight.

Manny Pacquiao spends over 3 hrs in the gym everyday along with another hour of running. This workout is based off of what Manny does in the gym but it is not the full repetitions and time for all exercises. If you want to do the complete workout you need to spend an hour running in the morning, 3 hours in the gym boxing and jump roping, and finish with 1400 crunches.

Along with training hard you need to make sure that you are getting enough sleep and replenishing your body with the proper nutrition. See the "diet" tab on this page for some good recommendations on what you should be consuming to help rebuild your body.
