This Sexy workout is designed to help you drop inches and tone your entire body. The reason this Sexy workout works is because you are moving non-stop throughout the workout, besides one or two small breaks. You are going to go through the entire circuit without taking any breaks (if you need a couple of breaks the first time or two go ahead and take them, but try and limit your breaks besides when scheduled) doing all the exercises in a row. After completing all the exercises in the circuit you will take a 2-3 minute rest break before starting it all over again.
