The first 5 minutes of running on the treadmill is warm up. After the 5 minute warm up you are going to do interval training. This is when you sprint for 30-60 seconds and then jog for 1-2 minutes. The better shape you are in the longer you should be sprinting for and the shorter and less frequent you should be jogging. Plank should be held for 30-60 seconds.
