Notes for Week 1, Day 1

Each pose in this Yoga Balance workout should be held between 30-90 seconds depending on experience and conditioning. You can lengthen or shorter the time that the pose is held for when first starting. Make sure that you are properly holding the pose and adjust the pose if you are feeling an unhealthy strain on a joint, tendon, etc.
