How do I add a blank week to a workout plan in the Workout Plan Creator?

In the Workout Plan Creator, look for the “Add Empty Week” option near the upper-right corner of the page. 

Click “Add Empty Week,” and a blank workout week will appear beneath the full workout weeks.

Add exercises to the blank week as necessary. Then, when you have finalized the details, click “publish” at the top of the page to make your plan live.
