With the Exercise.com Workout Plan Creator, you can easily adjust and customize your training programs. This guide shows you how to add a blank week to your workout plan so you can build out new sessions or expand a program for your clients.
Click Plans on your dashboard to access your workout plans.
Click the three-dot menu next to the plan you want to edit to open its options.
Select Edit Plan to open the workout plan in the builder.
In the plan editor, click the Weeks section to view and manage all weeks in the program.
Select the option labeled “The new week will be added after this week” to choose where your blank week should be placed.
Once the blank week appears in your plan, add any needed exercises or notes. When you’re finished, click Publish at the top of the page to save and apply your changes.
