Here’s how to add a description to an appointment, starting from the “Schedule” tab of your Dashboard.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Click the appointment on the schedule.
Step 2: Click the “Edit Appointment” link.
Step 3: Add/edit the description as needed.
Step 4: Scroll down and click the “Save This Appointment” button.
NOTE: This will only change the description for that one appointment!
Now that you can add/edit the description on an appointment, you will provide yourself and your client with a reminder of the goals for the upcoming session.
