Here’s how to add exercise notes to any exercise within a workout, starting from the “Weeks View” of the Workout plan Creator. Step-by-step instructions are below.
Step 1: Click the workout that you want to edit and open the “Day View”.
Step 2: Click the down arrow to expand settings for the exercise you want to add notes to.
Step 3: Enter any exercise notes and click back to the “Weeks View” to save changes.
Now you can make sure clients know exactly what you want them to do for each exercise!
