How do I add a habit tracker?
Within our Gym Management Software, you have the ability to add a habit tracker.
Starting from the “Clients” tab on your Dashboard, follow the step-by-step instructions below to learn how to use this feature.
Step 1: Click on the client calendar.
Step 2: Click on the “Habits” icon.
Step 3: Click on the “Create New Habit” link.
Step 4: Enter the habit name and description.
Step 5: Select the dates for the habit tracker.
Step 6: Select the days and the measurement to be tracked for the habit tracker.
Step 7: Select the habit type and additional settings.
For Yes/No entry type: the client will be required to check “Completed” for the habit.
For Number entry type: the client will be required to use a number slider to track the habit.
You can check the “Consider completed if exceeding the goal?” box if applicable.
Now, you can add a habit tracker!
