With the Workout Plan Creator in Exercise.com’s fitness business management software, you can save time by adding multiple exercises at once from the Day view. This guide will walk you through each step so you can quickly build your workout plans.
Here’s a quick look at how to add multiple exercises using the Creator view.
Click the Plans section from your dashboard to access your workout plans.
Click Add Plan to start creating a new workout plan.
Click Add Week Plan to set the weekly structure for your workout plan.
Click Build Workout to begin adding exercises to your workout day.
Click Search to open the exercise selection window.
Click Add many to enable multi-exercise selection mode.
Click the filter icon to open filtering options for your exercise list.
Click Difficulty to filter exercises by skill or effort level.
Click Force Type to filter exercises by movement or force pattern.
Click Muscle Group to see exercises targeting specific muscle areas.
Click Tags to filter exercises by attributes or categories.
Click Created By to show exercises created by specific users.
Click Show Results to view the exercises that match your filters.
Click the sorting icon to open more sort options for your exercise list.
Click Date to sort exercises by when they were created or updated.
Click Exercise to alphabetize the list of exercises.
Click the selection menu to begin choosing exercises from the filtered list.
Click any exercise in the list to start selecting multiple exercises.
Click Select next to your first exercise to begin adding it to your selection list.
Select as many exercises as you need, then click Add Exercises to Workout to include them all at once.
Click Add Exercises to finish adding all the selected exercises to your workout plan.
