You can save time by adding multiple exercises at once on the Day view of the Workout Plan Creator. Step-by-step instructions are below!
Here’s a quick look at how to quickly add multiple exercises from the Creator view:
Step 1: Find the “Add multiple exercises” link below the exercise search bar.
Navigate to the upper left side of the screen and look for the “Add Exercises” search bar.
Below the search bar, click on the “Add Multiple Exercises” link.
Step 2: Choose exercises.
In the pop-up window, choose multiple exercises from the list provided or search for specific exercises using the search bar.
Step 3: Use filters.
To narrow your search’s results, use the muscle group and difficulty level filters. Click the “Filters” edit link located below the “Search Exercise” search bar.
In the drop-down menu, choose a specific muscle group or difficulty level to filter the search results.
You can also choose to limit your search to exercises with videos, using the “Must have video?” check box, or to exercises that you have created, using the “Only show my exercises?” check box.
Step 4: Add the exercises to your workout!
Once you have selected the desired exercises, click the “Add Exercises to Workout” button in the bottom right corner of the window, and all the exercises will be added to your workout at once.
