With the Workout Plan Creator in your Exercise.com for Business account, you can quickly add, organize, and remove exercises for each workout day in a plan.
This guide will walk you through how to add single or multiple exercises, use your favorite or recent exercises, and delete exercises from a workout day.
In the “Day” view of the Workout Plan Creator, you can add an exercise using the “Add Exercise” search bar on the left side of the page. Type the exercise name and select it from the drop-down list to add it to the workout day. If you’d like to add several exercises at once, click the “Add multiple exercises” link just below the search box.
Click the “Plans” tab to access your workout plans.

Click the three-dot menu for the workout plan you want to edit to open the plan options.

Click “Edit Plan” to begin modifying your workout plan.

On the plan details page, click “Build Workout” to manage the exercises within the plan.

Use the “Add Exercise” search bar on the left side of the “Day” view. Type the name of the exercise and select it from the drop-down list to add it to the workout day.

If you’d like to add several exercises at once, click the “Add multiple exercises” link below the search box. Select the exercises you want to add, and they will be added to the workout day together.

You can also add an exercise to your plan by choosing an exercise from the “My Favorite Exercises” box or the “Recent Exercises” box located below the “Add Exercise” search bar. Click an exercise from either box and it will be added to your workout plan automatically.

To delete an exercise, select the exercise you want to remove and use the exercise options menu. You can remove it from the workout day so it no longer appears in that workout.
Click the options menu (three dots or settings icon) for the exercise you want to edit to access the exercise options.

Click “Delete” to remove the selected exercise from your workout plan. Confirm the delete action if prompted, and the exercise will be removed from the workout day.

Now you know how to add single or multiple exercises, use favorite and recent exercises, and delete exercises within the Workout Plan Creator. This makes it easier to keep every workout day organized and aligned with your clients’ training needs.
