Go to Assessments to set up and add a rule to an assessment.

2. Create a new assessment or select an existing one.
In the Assessments tab, select an existing assessment or create a new one, then click “Edit” in the Actions column.

3. Click “Rules” tab.
When you’re editing an assessment, click the “Rules” tab to add or remove assessment rules.

4. Click the “Add Formula” link.
Click the “+ Add Formula” link to add your first formula to this rule.

5. Click the “New Rule Result” drop-down list.
After adding a formula, you can select an action from the “New Rule Result” drop-down list.

6. Use the “Add Question” dropdown to add your first variable to the formula.
Choose question “Value” if you want to use the client’s answer(s), or choose question “Points” if you want to use the points a client receives for their answer(s), based on your assessment scoring setup. Note: You must enable assessment scoring and set up point values for different answers in order to use question “Points”.

7. Enter Points and Select Tag Actions in Rule Settings.
Enter the value or points for the question and select “Tag Client” or “Remove tag from Client” from the “New Rule Result” drop-down.
