How do I add progression percentages in the Workout Plan Creator?

Here is how to add progression percentages to exercises within your workout plans so your clients will receive specific weights to use based on the Rep-Max information stored on their profile. Step-by-step instructions are below.

 

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Open the “Day View” of the workout you want to add progression percentages to.

Step 2: Click to expand the settings for the exercise you want to add progression percentages for.

 

Step 3: Click to check the box for “Use Progressions”.

Within the expanded view, look for “Use Progressions” and click on the checkbox to the left of the words.

 

Step 4: Select the Rep Max you want to use.

It’s important to select the same Rep Max that you’re measuring and adding to client profiles.

Step 5: Select the exercise that you want to base this Rep Max Percentage on.

Step 6: Enter your Rep Max Percentages for each set.

As long as your clients have up to date Rep Max information on their profile, they will have specific weights entered automatically when they go to log this exercise!
