This article explains how to add resources to a workout plan in the Exercise application.
Click the Plans section to access all of your workout plans.
Click the options icon to open the menu for managing your workout plans.
Click Add Week Plan to create a new weekly structure for your workout plan.
Click the plan details section to edit the newly created week plan.
Click Resources to view and manage the materials associated with your workout plan.
Click Add Resource to attach documents, links, or files to your workout plan.
Click Use your link to add a resource via a URL, such as an article or web page.
Click Drop files here or choose files to upload documents, PDFs, images, or other resources.
Click Save Plan to finalize and store your workout plan with the newly added resources.
