How do I add scoring to a workout?

With the Exercise.com Workout Plan Creator, you can add scoring to any workout so your clients can log time, reps, rounds, distance, and more. Follow this guide to learn how to add scoring to a workout inside your Exercise.com for Business platform.

1. Navigate to the Plans Section

Click “Plans” to access your workout plans.

2. Open the Plan Options

Click the three-dot menu to open the plan options.

3. Select “Edit Plan”

Click “Edit Plan” to edit the workout plan settings.

4. Select the Workout You Want to Edit

Click the workout you want to add scoring to.

5. Open an Exercise Block

Click the exercise block you want to edit.

6. Open the Scoring Type Menu

Click “Workout scoring type (optional)” to see the scoring options.

7. Select a Scoring Type

Choose a scoring type from the dropdown menu.

Scoring Options

  • Time – Clients can enter their total time.
  • Rounds / Reps – Clients can enter the rounds and reps completed.
  • Reps – Clients can enter the total reps completed.
  • Load – Clients can enter the load they used.
  • Calories – Clients can enter calories burned.
  • Points – Clients can enter total points scored.
  • Meters – Clients can enter total meters completed.
  • Centimeters – Clients can enter centimeters completed.
  • Inches – Clients can enter inches completed.
  • Feet – Clients can enter feet completed.

Now you can add scoring to any workout to help your clients track progress more accurately and stay motivated.
