How do I add scoring to a workout?

Here’s how to add scoring to a workout, starting from the “Plans” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:

 

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Create or edit a workout plan.

 

Step 2: Build or add a workout in the creator.

 

Step 3: Select a Scoring Type from the drop-down list.

Scoring Options:

Time – Total Time: When the workout is logged, your client will be able to enter their total time.
Rounds / Reps: When the workout is logged, your client will be able to enter the number of rounds and reps they completed.
Reps: When the workout is logged, your client will be able to enter the number of reps they completed.
Load: When the workout is logged, your client will be able to enter the load they used.
Calories: When the workout is logged, your client will be able to enter the number of calories they burned.
Points: When the workout is logged, your client will be able to enter the points they scored.
Meters: When the workout is logged, your client will be able to enter the number of meters they completed.
Centimeters: When the workout is logged, your client will be able to enter the number of centimeters they completed.
Inches: When the workout is logged, your client will be able to enter the number of inches they completed.
Feet: When the workout is logged, your client will be able to enter the number of feet they completed.
