Here’s how to add tags to Infusionsoft contacts from new Exercise.com purchases.
*Note – You may want to change the quality of the video below to 1080p by clicking the gear icon and selecting the “1080p HD” option.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Click “Create This Zap” to start this template.
Step 2: Make sure the radio button for “New Plan Purchased” is selected then click “Continue.”
Step 3: Connect an existing account or add a new one then click “Save + Continue.”
Step 4: Zapier will make sure you have at least one recent workout plan created then click “Continue.”
Step 5: Once you verify the test was successful, click “Continue.”
Step 6: Make sure the radio button for “Create/Update Contact” is selected then click “Continue.”
Step 7: Connect your Infusionsoft account.
If you’ve never connected previously, you’ll follow the prompts in the pop up to sign into your Infusionsoft account. You may need to refresh the page before the connection displays.
Step 8: Select the radio button for your Infusionsoft account then click “Continue.”
Step 9: Fill in the required information and any optional information desired then click “Continue” (bottom right).
We recommend “How to Check for Duplicates” and add email and for “Opt-in” choose yes.
Step 10: Verify the information and click “Continue.”
Step 11: Ensure the radio button for “Tag Existing Contact” is selected then click “Continue.”
Step 12: Connecting your Infusionsoft account again then click “Save + Continue.”
Step 13: Fill in the required information then click “Continue.”
Step 14: Verify the information on the page then click “Send Test to Infusionsoft.”
Step 15: Click “Finish” to finalize the Zap.
Step 16: Make sure you toggle your Zap “On.”
