To help you get an accurate idea of how your clients are doing, they can show their progress through a photo or video when they fill out your assessment using our assessment software.
Here’s how to add a progress upload field to an assessment, starting from the “Automations” tab of your Dashboard.
Go to Assessments to set up and add a progress photo orvideo field to an assessment.
In the Assessments tab, select an existing assessment or create a new one, then click “Edit” in the Actions column.
When you’re editing an assessment, click the “Edit” tab to add a progress photo or video field to an assessment
In the “Fields” tab, select “Photo/Video – (Progress Photos)” from the “Add New Field” menu.
In the “Progress Photo/Video” section, remember to add instructions so clients know exactly what you’re looking for. Then, click “Save Assessment” to save or apply your changes.
Now, your assessment will include a file upload section!
