How Do I Add a Progress Photo/Video Field to an Assessment?
To help you get an accurate idea of how your clients are doing, they can show their progress through a photo or video when they fill out your assessment using our assessment software.
Here’s how to add a progress upload field to an assessment, starting from the “Automations” tab of your Dashboard.
1. In the Account tab, click on the āAssessmentsā option in the left sidebar.
Go to Assessments to set up and add a progress photo orvideo field to an assessment.

2. Create a new assessment or select an existing one.
In the Assessments tab, select an existing assessment or create a new one, then click “Edit” in the Actions column.

3. Click “Fields” tab.
When you’re editing an assessment, click the “Edit” tab to add a progress photo or video field to an assessment

4. Go to the āFieldsā tab and add the āProgress Photosā field to your assessment.
In the “Fields” tab, select “Photo/Video ā (Progress Photos)” from the “Add New Field” menu.

5. Enter any instructions for the photo/video upload.
In the “Progress Photo/Video” section, remember to add instructions so clients know exactly what you’re looking for. Then, click “Save Assessment” to save or apply your changes.

Now, your assessment will include a file upload section!
