How do I add a progress photo/video field to an assessment?

To help you get an accurate idea of how your clients are doing, they can show their progress through a photo or video when they fill out your assessment using our assessment software.

Here’s how to add a progress upload field to an assessment, starting from the “Account” tab of your Dashboard.

Step-By-Step Guide:

Step 1: Click “Assessments” on the left side menu of the “Account” tab of your Dashboard.

Step 2: Open the Assessment you want to add a progress photo/video field to by clicking the gear icon or by clicking “Add New Assessment.”

Step 3: On the “Fields” tab, add a “Progress Photos” field to your assessment.

Step 4: Remember to enter instructions so that clients know what you’re looking for.

Step 5: Scroll down and save your changes to the assessment.

Now, your assessment will include a file upload section!
