Here’s how to add workout notes to a workout, starting from the “Weeks View” of the Workout plan Creator. Step-by-step instructions are below.
Step 1: Click the workout that you want to edit and open the “Day View”.
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the workout to the “Recommendations / Notes” section.
Step 3: Enter any notes and click back to the “Weeks View” to save changes.
Now you can make sure clients know exactly what you want them to do in each workout!
