To apply subscription commissions to first payment only or all renewals within your fitness business management software platform, follow the step-by-step instructions below.
This guide will walk you through the steps to apply commissions to the first payment only or all renewals.
1. Account
Navigate to the “Account” section.
2. Trainers
Access the “Trainers” tab from the expanded menu.
3. Staff Member Settings
Locate the staff member you want to set up, then click the gear icon to manage their settings.
4. Revenue
Go to the “Revenue” tab.
5. Individual Item Commissions
Scroll down to “Individual Item Commission” section.
6. Add Item Commission
Click the “Add Item Commission” link.
7. Select Item
Select an item from Group, Package, Subscription, or Week Plan.
8. Setup Commission
You can set up commissions for both primary and secondary trainers or staff members.
9. Select Commission Type
You can select the commission type as either a percentage or a fixed dollar amount.
10. Subscription Duration
You can set the subscription duration to either the lifetime of the subscription or the first payment only.
11. Save Staff Member
Scroll down and click the “Save Staff Member” button to apply your changes.
