How do I set up the late cancellation deadline?

This guide will walk you through the process of setting up a late cancellation deadline.
1. Click “Account”.

2. Click “Customize Platform”.

3. Go to “Scheduling Settings” tab.

4. Enter number of hours.
Enter the desired number of hours under the “Cancellation Policy” header.

5. Save changes.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and save your changes.

Now that you can set up a late cancellation time limit, any late cancellations will be automatically charged as a “Use” of their package.
