With the Exercise.com Check-Ins feature, you can require clients to complete an assessment before finishing their check-in. This guide will show you how to set up an assessment requirement for your check-in kiosk.
Start by clicking the Account option on your Dashboard to open your account settings.
Select the Customize Platform option to open your customization settings.
In the side menu, click Scheduling to open your scheduling preferences.
Scroll down the page and check the box next to Enable Kiosk Check-In.
Continue scrolling until you see the Booking Requirements section.
Under the Check-In Assessment dropdown, select the assessment form you want clients to complete. Then scroll down and save your settings.
Your kiosk check-in links will appear in this section. You can copy and use these links on your device or tablet.
Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply your settings.
You’re all set! Your clients will now be required to complete the selected assessment before checking in. This helps ensure that your team collects important information and keeps your check-in process running smoothly.
