How do I assign a workout plan to a custom plan purchaser?

With the Exercise.com Workout Plan Creator, you can easily assign a workout plan to a custom plan purchaser within your business dashboard. This feature allows you to deliver customized workouts directly to paying clients.

1. Go to the Plans Section

Click “Plans” to access workout plans associated with your products. You’ll find this under the “Workouts” tab on your Dashboard.

2. Create or Edit a Workout Plan

Select an existing plan to edit or click “+ Add Plan” to create a new one.

3. Click the Clients Icon

Click the clients icon to open additional plan management features. The clients icon appears next to each workout plan.

4. Assign the Plan to a Client

Search for the client’s name, select it from the list, and then add the plan to their calendar.

5. Review Plan Settings with the Client

Review the plan settings and adjust the following options as needed:

  • Give access to the entire plan
  • Schedule plan as client calendar
  • Send the client a “New Workouts Added” notification
  • Select the plan start date
  • Choose to import items as scheduled or select specific days
  • Enable or disable the option to require logging each workout before moving to the next scheduled workout

Note: Clients will receive a notification if you enable “New Workouts Added.”

6. Confirm and Assign Plan Details

Select the First Workout and Repeat Plan options, then click Add Plan to Client to complete the process.

You’ve successfully assigned a workout plan to a custom plan purchaser. Now your client can access their personalized plan through their app or dashboard.
