In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to set up barcode scanner check-ins on your Exercise.com fitness business management software platform. Note: Before you set up barcode check-ins, please contact Exercise.com Support to enable this feature on your platform.

1. Navigate to the Account Tab.

Click the Account tab to open your account settings.

2. Select “Customize Platform.”

Click “Customize Platform” to open your platform settings.

3. Access Your Scheduling Settings.

Scroll down and click “Scheduling” to open your scheduling settings.

4. Navigate to the Frontdesk Barcode Check-In Page.

Scroll down to the “Frontdesk/Barcode Check-In” section. Select a specific Location if needed, then copy the URL for your barcode check-in page.

5. Click “Save.”

Click “Save” to apply your barcode check-in settings for this Location.

Once you complete these steps, your barcode scanner check-in page is ready to use at the front desk. This helps you speed up member check-ins and track attendance accurately with Exercise.com check-in software, so your staff can focus more on serving members and less on manual data entry.
