With the Exercise.com Exercise Library, you can bulk import your workout videos from Vimeo or YouTube directly into your platform to easily share with clients.
You can bulk import all of your videos from your Vimeo or YouTube account directly to your platform. However, in order to do this, your account must first be connected to Vimeo or YouTube via “My Connected Apps.”
Once you’ve connected your account to Vimeo or YouTube, start at the “Exercises” tab on your Dashboard to bulk import your videos and follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Click the “Exercises” tab to access the exercise management section where you can organize and manage your workout videos.
In the Exercises list, click the icon of the platform you want to import videos from. Note: These icons will only display if you have connected your YouTube or Vimeo account under “My Connected Apps.”
When the YouTube import pop-up modal displays, you’ll be asked if you want to hide videos that have already been added to the exercises. Select Yes or No to proceed.
Select the videos you want to import and customize as needed by either clicking the top checkbox to select all or selecting individual checkboxes.
Click “Edit” on the imported exercise to customize the video name.
You can also include relevant tags in the multi-select “Add Exercise Tag(s)” field and replace the current exercise using the “Replace Exercise With” dropdown field.
Select the measurement(s) to apply to your exercises. You may choose a single measurement or multiple measurements.
Click “Choose Measurements and Import” to finish importing your selected exercise videos.
You have successfully bulk imported exercise videos from Vimeo and YouTube into the Exercise.com platform. Verify that the videos appear correctly in your exercise list and are properly configured.
Next, you can customize individual exercises or create workout plans using these imported videos with the Workout Plan Creator.
