Within our Workout Software, you have the ability to use the calendar icon to view a specific date from the workout creator.

1. Clients

Navigate to the “Clients” section.

Access additional options.

3. View calendar

Select “View Calendar” from the list of options.

4. Build Workout

Hover over the calendar and click on “Build Workout” option.

5. Select Date

Click on the calendar icon and select a specific date.

6. View Specified Date

The workout for the date will be displayed.

7. Plans

Back on the menu, go to the “Plans” tab.

Access additional options.

9. Edit Plan

Select “Edit Plan” from the list of options.

10. Build Workout

Select the “Build Workout” option or click into an existing workout.

11. Select Specific Date/Workout

Click on the calendar icon and select a workout from the list. Workouts are listed by the week and day. You will be able to view the workout for the selected day.
