How do I cancel my individual training membership?

If you wish to cancel your individual training membership, you may do so at any time.
1. Use the top right menu to open Billing Information.
After logging in, click your profile image in the top right corner of the website

2. Click “Billing Information”
Click “Billing Information”.

3. Find your active subscription(s), and click the cancel link.
Look for “Active Subscriptions” and locate the subscription that you want to cancel. Click the “cancel” link:

4. Click “Yes, take me to the cancellation page”
Confirm the cancellation action.

5. Choose your reasons for cancelling and confirm the cancellation.
Please select a reason for your cancellation, then confirm to cancel your subscription.

6. Click “Yes, Please Cancel”
Finalize the cancellation request.
