With the Exercise.com Rep Max Progressions feature, you can automatically track clients’ rep maxes as they log their workouts. This guide will show you how to enable the setting so your clients’ workout data is saved accurately.

1. Navigate to the “Plans” Tab.

Click the “Plans” tab to view or edit a specific plan.

2. Search for or Select a Plan.

Search for or select a plan to edit its workout calendar.

Search for or select a workout plan to edit.

3. Open a Workout to Edit.

Click on a workout to open it for editing.

Open a workout from the plan to make edits.

4. Select an Exercise.

Select an exercise that uses weight as its measurement type.

Select an exercise that uses weight measurement.

5. Enable “Save as Rep Max”.

Check the “Save as Rep Max” box to record this exercise result as a rep max.

Enable the Save as Rep Max option when editing a workout.

You’ve now enabled the Save as Rep Max feature. This ensures your clients’ workouts automatically capture rep max data for accurate performance tracking through the Exercise.com Rep Max Progressions tool.
