Starting from the Plan Creator, follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Click on a workout.
Step 2: Click on “Edit Sets”.
Step 3: Scroll down and check the “Save as RM?” box.
For Block Programming there is an option to save all exercises in the block as rep max. Scroll down to block notes and check the “Save all exercises as RM?” box.
Now, you can capture rep maxes from workouts!
