With the Exercise.com Workout Logger, you can log workouts for any date so your training history stays accurate and organized. Follow the steps below to change the workout date on the website or in the mobile app.
Select the instructions for your device:
Click the Log Workout button to start a new workout log.
Click Custom Workout to view your customized workout choices.
Click the date shown at the top of the screen to open the calendar.
Select the day you want to use for your workout log.
Click Select Workout to choose your workout and continue logging.
Tap Log on the workout you want to record.
Tap the date to open the date picker and choose the correct day.
Tap OK, then choose your workout type and log the workout.

You have now updated your workout date and logged the correct workout. Keeping your workout history accurate helps you and your trainer track progress and stay on top of your training plan.
