How do I change the date when logging a workout?

Need to log a workout for a date other than today?

Step-by-Step Instructions:


Step 1: Select “Log Workout” in the right-hand corner of the page.

Step 2: Change the date of the workout.


From your phone:

Step 1: Tap Log to log the workout.


Step 2: Change the date of the workout.


3. Select the type of workout you want and log it!

Now you can log for any date as needed.
