How do I change my starting workout in the app?

From the “Plans” tab in the Exercise.com app, navigate to the workout plan that you want to start. Then tap “Start.”

In the next screen, choose the workout days that fit your schedule.

Once you have selected your workout days, scroll down slightly in the same screen and then tap the option to choose a different starting workout. After you have selected a new starting workout, tap the done symbol near the top of the screen to save your preferences.
