With the Exercise.com member management tools, you can charge a manager for a dependent’s package by adding the package to the dependent’s account and selecting the appropriate shared payment method. This guide walks you through each step.
Click the Accounts section to access user profiles.
Click the dependent’s account to open their profile.
Click the Packages tab to view existing packages.
Click Add Package to create a new package for the dependent.
Click the plus icon next to the package to add it to your bag.
Click 1 Item in Bag to review the items you selected.
Click Proceed to Checkout to begin the payment process.
If the manager shares their payment method with the dependent, select that saved payment option.
Click Review Order to verify the package and payment information.
Click Charge to authorize the payment for the package.
Click Payment Details to access transaction information.
Click Charges to view all related charges for the account.
The manager account will be listed under the package subscription and under charges.
