With the ClassPass integration on your fitness business management software, you can connect your Exercise.com for Business account to ClassPass and choose which locations, sessions, and staff members are available to ClassPass users. This guide walks you through how to set up and manage your ClassPass integration.
Click “Account” to open your account settings.

Select “Connected Apps” to view the integrations available for your account.

Click “connect ClassPass” and follow the steps to connect your existing ClassPass account. After connecting, you’ll be able to choose what to make available to ClassPass users.
Note: Only sessions on a recurring schedule will appear in ClassPass.

Click “Schedule” to view your session and location options.

Select “Locations” to manage your ClassPass-enabled locations.

Click the location name you want to update.

Click “Edit location” to update the location details.

Locations are not connected to ClassPass by default. Turn on the ClassPass setting for any Location you want to sync.

The address on this page is what ClassPass users will see when booking sessions with your business.

Click “Save” to update your location settings.

Click “Account” to return to your main account menu.

Click “Trainers” to manage which staff members appear in ClassPass.

Click a trainer’s name to open their profile.

Click “Manage” to adjust settings for that trainer.

Staff members are synced to ClassPass by default. If you don’t want a trainer to appear in ClassPass searches, turn off the “Allow in ClassPass” setting in their staff account options.

This guide covered how to connect your Exercise.com for Business account with ClassPass, enable locations, and manage which staff members can appear in ClassPass. Now your business can offer sessions to ClassPass users while keeping full control over location visibility and trainer availability.
