How do connect a bank account for billing?

Here’s how to connect to your bank account, starting from your Dashboard: Step-by-step instructions are below:

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the website.

Step 2: Click the “Billing Information” option in the menu.

 

Step 3: Click on the “Edit Bank Account” button.

 

Step 3: You can choose to verify with Plaid or to verify manually.

Plaid provides safe and secure instant verification and is highly recommended. Click here to see how to verify your bank account using Plaid.

 

Step 4: If verifying manually, submit your bank account information.

 

Step 5: Once connected, we will verify your account through 2 small test transactions. Once you see the test transactions in your bank account, return to the Billing Information page and click the “Edit Bank Account” button again.

Step 6: Add the two test charge amounts by creating one charge for each amount. Make sure to submit both charges at the same time.

Charges must be entered in cents.

 

Step 7: Click the “Verify Account” button to confirm your two test charges and activate your bank account.

That’s it, now you can pay via bank transfer!
