How to Connect Your Account to Wearables or Other Apps
Exercise.com for Business supports connections with the top wearable devices, and we’re always looking for more to add. If you want to connect to an app that isn’t available in our platform yet, please let us know. Here is how to sync your account with your favorite wearable device or app.
1. Access My Stuff
Once you’re signed in, click the My Stuff menu option in the left side menu.

2. My Connected Apps
Click the “My Connected Apps” option to see the available wearable providers that you can connect with.

3. Connect
Click “Connect” on the available provider you want to connect to.

4. Sign In
You’ll see the login form for the app you want to connect to. Sign in with your connected app account, and opt in to sharing the data that you want to sync.

5. Review Data Available to Sync
Different apps will be able to share different data, depending what they make available. You can check to see what data will be synced to your account on the My Connected Apps page.

6. Activity Will be Synced
Activity data will sync workouts or similar exercise activity that is captured by your wearable device. This activity will be posted to your Journal or App Dashboard, much like a workout or exercise.

7. Activity Logged
Body stats, daily summaries, and sleep activity will be logged as Measurements on your profile. You can review these entries any time on your “My Measurements” page, and chart your logs over time.

8. Nutrition Logs
Nutrition logs will be logged with nutrient breakdowns on your My Nutrition page. You’ll be able to compare your goals with what you actually log, and you’ll get a detailed breakdown of what your connected app supports in terms of macro and micro nutrient intake.
