This article explains how to copy a workout plan using the Trainer Dashboard.
Click the Plans tab to access your workout plans.
Click here to open the options menu for the selected workout plan.
Click Clone Plan to start duplicating the workout plan.
Click the notification confirming that your plan is being cloned. You will receive an alert when the process is complete.
Once cloning is complete, click the notification stating that your cloned plan is ready to be viewed.
Click the newly created plan (e.g., “Speed Run Copy”) to access the duplicated workout plan.
