How do I set up a coupon code within a URL so customers don’t have to enter it manually?

With Exercise.com’s coupon codes feature, you can embed discount codes directly into your product purchase links. This tutorial will guide you through the setup process. This allows you to simplify the checkout process and automatically apply discounts for your clients.

1. Click the arrow menu

Click the arrow menu next to the Account tab to reveal additional tabs.

2. Click “Links”

Scroll down and select the “Links” tab to view and manage all URL links associated with your products and services.

3. Edit Link

Copy the purchase link of the item you want to discount. Add this to the end of the link: ?coupon_id=COUPONCODE

4. Open “Stripe” Settings

Navigate to the “Stripe” section where payment processing and coupon management are handled.

5. Click “Coupons”

Click on “Coupons” within Stripe to access the list of available discount codes for your products.

6. Copy Coupon

Copy the coupon code. Go back to the link you pasted earlier and replace “COUPONCODE” with your coupon code.

7. Confirm Coupon on Payment Screen

On the payment screen, notice the coupon has been applied.
