How do I create a custom Objective for my Workout Plans?

With the Exercise.com Workout Plan Creator, you can create custom objectives to help your clients stay focused on the goals of each workout plan. This guide will walk you through the steps to add custom objectives to a workout plan.

1. Click “Plans”

Click the “Plans” section to view your list of workout plans.

2. Click “Add Plan”

Click “Add Plan” to start creating a new workout plan.

3. Click “Add Week Plan”

Click “Add Week Plan” to add a weekly structure to your workout plan.

4. Open Plan Options

Click the three-dot menu to open additional options for customizing your plan.

5. Click “Plan Objectives”

Click “Plan Objectives” to add goals or focus areas to your workout plan.

6. Click “Add Tags”

Click “Add Tags” to organize your plan objectives with helpful labels.

7. Save Your Plan

Click “Save Plan” to finalize and store your workout plan with custom objectives.
