How do I create dependents for my clients?
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to add dependents for your clients.
1. Click “Clients”
Click the ‘Clients’ tab.

2. Select a Client
Select a client for whom you want to create a dependent.

3. Click “My Dependents”
In the Client section, click the ‘My Dependents’ tab.

4. Click “Create Dependent”
Click the ‘Create Dependent’ button to open a modal.

5. Click “Create new dependent”
Click t ‘Create new dependent’ button to begin creating a new dependent profile.

6. Fill in the dependent information
Fill in the dependent information.

7. Enable/disable Additional Settings
You can enable or disable the āMake account a full account with a loginā checkbox. Enabling this option converts the dependent account into a full account with its own login credentials.
Similarly, you can enable or disable the āAllow dependent to access your payment informationā checkbox. When enabled, the managerās payment info will be shared with the dependent.

8. Select Waiver Settings
Select an option for signing waivers.

9. Waiver Settings
The Waiver Settings allow you to choose who will be asked to sign waivers. You can allow both managers and dependents to sign, or limit signing to either managers or dependents.

10. Select Required Assessments
Choose an option for Required Assessments.

11. Required Assessments
The required assessments allow you to choose who will be asked to complete required assessments. You can allow both managers and dependents to complete, or limit either managers or dependents.

12. Select Email Settings
Select an option for Email Settings.

13. Email Settings
The email settings allow you to choose who should receive the email. You can allow both managers and dependents to receive, or limit either managers or dependents, and allow dependents to receive the email and receipts to manager.

14. Click “Create Dependent”
Click the ‘Create Dependent’ button.

15. Click “Link existing client”
Click the ‘Link Existing Client’ button to create a dependent by linking an existing client.

16. Click “Select Client”
Select a client from the list, and customize the waiver settings, required assessments, and email settings as needed.

17. Click “Create Dependent”
Click the ‘Create Dependent’ button.
