This guide will walk you through how to create and edit blocks in the app using the Workout Logger on the Exercise.com for Business platform.
In the Workout Logger, tap the Edit icon to open the Edit Workout screen.
To create a block, select the exercise(s) you want to include, then tap the chain icon. This creates a new block containing only the selected exercise(s).
Tap Edit Block to modify the block.
Enter a block name and select the block type, then tap Save Changes to apply your edits.

Tap Done on the Edit Workout view to confirm all changes and return to the logger.
