You can create and edit the blocks for each workout when you’re creating a new workout plan and when you’re logging a workout.

Here’s how to create a new block when creating a new workout plan:
The new block will be selected by default.
Once you have your block settings ready, you can start to add exercises!
Here’s how to create a new block when logging a workout:
The new block will be selected by default.
Now you can add exercises and continue logging your workout!
