Step 1: Open the “Day View” of the workout plan creator.
Step 2: Click the “Use Metric?” checkbox.
Look for the “Use Metric” option on the upper right side of the page directly below the day heading. Then click the check box next to “Use Metric?” and the units of measurement in your workout plan will be converted to the metric system.
Now fill in the amount of weight to be used for each of the exercises in your custom workout plan.
If you entered the weights into the workout plan before selecting “Use Metric,” simply check the “Use Metric” box and the weights will be converted automatically to the metric system.
