How to Customize a Client’s Default Measurements

In this guide, you’ll learn how to customize a client’s default measurements in the Exercise.com Member Management platform. Follow the steps below to quickly update measurement defaults for accurate progress tracking.

1. Click the “Clients” Tab

From your Dashboard, click Clients to open your client list and profile settings.

2. Open a Client Profile

Select a client from the list to open their profile.

3. Go to the “Measurements” Tab

Click Measurements to view and manage the client’s logged measurement data.

4. Open the Options for a Logged Entry

Find the most recent logged measurement. Click the three-dot options menu to edit or delete the entry.

5. Click “Edit”

Select Edit to modify the entry.

6. Update Values and Save

In the Edit Log Entry modal, click the date field or calendar icon to update the date. Adjust the measurement values as needed, then click Save.

You’ve customized the client’s default measurements. Keeping this data updated leads to more accurate progress tracking and better program adjustments.
