How to Customize the Colors for Each Stage of Session/Visit

Within our Workout Software, you have the ability to customize the colors for each stage of a session or visit.
Learn how to customize the colors for each stage of sessions and visits.
1. Schedule
Navigate to the “Schedule” section.
2. Services
Access the “Services” tab from the expanded menu.
3. New Service
Select “New Service” or edit an existing service.
4. Advanced Settings
Scroll down and click on the “Show Advanced Settings” link.
5. Appointment Type Service
Expand the color selector for the available visit stages. Appointment type services will have the following available to customize: Reserved, Canceled, No Show, Registered, Late Canceled, and Checked-in.
6. Class Type Service
Class type services will only have scheduled, canceled and completed.
7. Select Color
Expand the color selector and select a color from the color palette.
8. Save Service
Save the service.
