How to Customize the Colors for Each Stage of Session/Visit

Within our Workout Software, you have the ability to customize the colors for each stage of a session or visit.

Learn how to customize the colors for each stage of sessions and visits.

1. Schedule

Access the schedule tab.

2. New Service

Select “Manage Services” from the dropdown and create or edit a service.

3. Advanced Settings

Click on “Show Advanced Settings” link.

4. Appointment Type Service

Expand the color selector for the available visit stages. Appointment type services will have the following available to customize: Reserved Canceled No Show Registered Late Canceled Checked-in

5. Class Type Service

Class type services will only have scheduled, canceled and completed.

6. Select Colors

Expand the color selector and select a color from the color palette.

7. Save Service

Save the service.
