With Exercise.com’s Payments and Subscriptions tools, you can manage and customize Stripe billing options directly from your dashboard. This shortcut shows you how to assign a different Stripe plan to a signup link by adding a unique plan identifier. That way, you can offer multiple subscription options without changing your default Stripe plan for a membership.

1. Go to Links under the Account tab on your Dashboard.

From your Dashboard, open the Account tab and click Links in the left-side menu.

2. Copy the signup link you want to customize.

Find and copy the correct link for the membership you’d like to assign a different Stripe plan to. For example, your individual training signup link will look like this:

https://www.exercise.com/trainers/TRAINER_ID/join?sub_id=STRIPE_PLAN_ID

3. Paste that link into a new browser tab.

Paste signup link into browser

4. Go to the Stripe section under the Account tab.

Click the Stripe option in the left-side menu under your Account tab.

5. Copy the ID of the Stripe plan you want to use.

6. Insert the Stripe plan ID into your signup link.

Replace the placeholder text STRIPE_PLAN_ID in your copied link with the actual Stripe plan ID. For example:

https://www.exercise.com/trainers/TRAINER_ID/join?sub_id=plan_FHLy8y2KO6I6Pp

Now, when clients sign up using this link, they’ll automatically be enrolled in the selected Stripe plan. You can share this link on your website, email, or social media for easy signups.

7. (Optional) Offer multiple Stripe plans at checkout.

You can add multiple plan IDs to your signup link to give clients a choice between subscriptions at checkout. Separate each Stripe plan ID with a comma. For example:

https://www.exercise.com/trainers/YOUR_USERNAME/join?plan_ids=STRIPEID1GOESHERE,STRIPEID2GOESHERE

Multiple plan options displayed at checkout

When a client uses this link, they’ll see all available plan options during checkout, allowing them to choose their preferred subscription.

This guide showed you how to assign or offer multiple Stripe plans using your Exercise.com signup link. Now you can provide flexible billing options while keeping your payment settings organized and efficient.
